Services

From relationships to personal struggles, I provide gospel-rooted counseling across a variety of life situations. Here are some of the areas where I can help.

Marriage and Relationships

Conflict, infidelity, pre-marital counseling, parenting, intimacy and so much more. Every relationship faces trials—but God offers hope, healing, and restoration. I help couples grow in forgiveness, communication, and Christlike love.

"Where is God in all this?" "Why would this happen to me?" "I have no idea what direction I'm supposed to go" Every one of us in our own words expresses these questions and thoughts at times. Let me help you find God in the mess of life.

Grief can be complicated, protracted, and is hardly a linear process. Whether you are grieving the loss of a spouse, a child, friend, or a beloved pet, I am here to listen and help you find your way from grief to joy.

Kids and Teens

Growing up in today’s world can be confusing and overwhelming. Through engaging and interactive counseling strategies I provide kids and teens with a safe space to process their thoughts and emotions while learning how God speaks into their struggles.

Cancer, Chronic Illness, & Care Giving

Illness impacts more than just the body—it touches every part of life and the lives of those around us. With advanced training through four units of Clinical Pastoral Education, I provide support that addresses the deep spiritual and emotional needs that arise during cancer and chronic health struggles for you or your loved one.

Service to our nation and our communities can take a toll, causing personal and family problems. As a former Navy Special Operations and Submarine Force Veteran and current Navy Reserve Chaplain I understand this well. If you are current military, a veteran, or a first responder I'd love to work with you.
